We offer two types of services, namely

1. Jonina Beliin: “Best service from us.” Buying goods from any US website and shipping them to Indonesia You only need to send the link of the product you want to buy to our customer service team, and our team will help check and confirm. If confirmation has been made, we will carry out the purchase transaction and the shipping process until it reaches Indonesia. You need to pay for 100% of the goods, and you will pay for shipment when the goods arrive in the Jakarta warehouse.
2. Jonina Kirimin: “Best value of our service.” All you have to do is chat with our customer service via WhatsApp regarding the details of what items you want to send along with the invoice. Our team will provide our USA warehouse address for shipping goods and packages, and we will process your goods and packages to be shipped to Indonesia at your address.

Shipping costs Rp 355,000/Kg, including customs clearance and free shipment to JABODETABEK. Other areas will have an additional local shipping rate.

We will charge as little as Rp 250,000 (0–0.5Kg). After 1 kilogram, we charge with actual weight.

Example: If your weight is 2.1Kg, we will charge 2.1Kg.

Yes, you can shop for multiple items from the same or different websites and brands with the combined shipping service prices. We do not charge a consolidation fee, we will charge the total weight of all items sent, not per item.

We air cargo with an estimated delivery time of 7-9 days (express) from the time the packages arrive at our warehouse.

There are 2 ways to calculate our shipping costs: the calculation of the weight of the goods and the calculation of the volume of the goods. For large items, we will calculate whichever is larger, volume or weight.

How to calculate volume: length x width x height of goods / 366 (inches and the result of rounding up decimals) If the volume count is greater than the weight of the item, we will charge according to the volume count multiplied by our rates (Rp 295,000–Rp 395,000).

If the weight is greater, then we will charge normally according to the weight of the item.
