We can provide an estimate of when the item will arrive, not giving an exact date

Items that have been ordered and processed if canceled the 5% fee will not be returned and the customer is responsible for paying the return fee

If the goods are damaged, we will compensated 20% of the price of the goods or maximum 3 million rupiah

Will physically check your goods at a glance, especially for many qty, we will not check them one by one.

We do not service returns to the US.

If the item you want to buy is no longer available, we will refund your money in full in a maximum of 1 x 24 hours.

We do not guarantee the authenticity and quality of the goods you buy. We will buy the goods according to the link you provide. Customers are expected to check the website for the item they want to buy first.

We are not responsible for damage to your goods (especially glassware and leaking liquids) during delivery if you do not insure your goods.

Delivery in Indonesia is via JNE, and Sicepat (including insurance)

JastipUSA cannot help with purchases made by children. If you are under 17 years of age, you should use our website with the involvement and assistance of a parent or guardian.

If there is a delay from customs, there is no compensation whatsoever and the customer is ready to wait.

After the goods arrive at our warehouse, the storage time limit is 2 weeks. If the customer has not made payment for the goods to be sent within 2 weeks, we charge a warehouse fee of Rp50,000 per day.
